In the conclusion of Revelation, we see that God promises to rid the world of sin and evil so that his presence may dwell with people. As it was in the beginning, so it will be at the end. The hope of the church is the union of the Heavens and the Earth, the fulfillment of Isaiah’s promise that the knowledge of the Lord will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea.
