The After Party
The church is commanded to love our enemies, but sometimes we act as if that doesn’t mean those with whom we differ politically. What does it mean to be politically engaged and a faithful Christian. In this course we’ll look at how as Christians we can pursue justice while not forsaking humility and kindness (the requirements God gives the prophet Micah).
This course approaches the subject from an American perspective, but the lessons it draws are equally applicable in Canada. This course doesn’t tell you how to vote or what to think about a specific political issue, but instead calls us away from an issues focus and into a relational focus in our political engagement.
